Job description: ​ Junior to Mid-level Care-journey Facilitator

As a Care-journey Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in guiding cross-functional teams from around the world through the dynamic process of iteratively constructing comprehensive Care-journeys centered around specific disease areas. 

Your responsibilities will involve delving into existing insights data, patient journeys and Care-journeys, utilizing them as foundational elements to inform and enhance the development of new, optimized Care-journeys. Your adeptness in facilitating online and presencial sessions and workshops will be crucial, as you lead collaborative efforts within the teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals. With a keen appreciation of the complexities within healthcare ecosystems, your role will contribute to the creation of patient-centric Care-journeys that enhance overall healthcare experiences and outcomes. Fluency in English is essential to effectively communicate and coordinate with diverse stakeholders involved in the Care-journey development process. Remote / optionally on-site Barcelona Full-time

Responsibilities and Duties:

Learn the basic tools & methods around Care-journey methodology

Support client team to build & develop their own Care-journeys using the methodology

Facilitate workshops and work sessions both online / presential

Support client team to help evolve the Care-journey methodology

Collaborate with Care-journey team members involved in running the Care-journey program

Analyzing and synthesizing pre-existing reports and knowledge as an input to build Care-journeys as well as create reports

 

Expectations:

Good interpersonal facilitation skills

Fluent & clear written and spoken English

Being systematic & well organized

Collaborative mindset & keen to learn

Technically proficient with online collaboration and innovation / presentation tools (such as Miro / Mural, Teams, Slack, Trello, Powerpoint etc…)

An advantage to have healthcare / life science domain knowledge or experience

Availability & willingness to travel

 

Qualifications:​

 

Education: College / University degree minimum BA (optional in all or any): Design, Social sciences, Engineering, Life sciences

Work experience min 1-3 years (optional in all or any): Life sciences, Biomedical, Service design, Design Thinking
